P. Pereira Construction is a commercial and residential contractor at 21 Mead St, Seekonk, on the Rhode Island line. Six years, both sides of that line, because we hold a current registration in each state and a town will not issue a permit to a contractor who does not.
We build new houses, ADUs, additions and full renovations, and we do the outside of the house as well as the inside. On kitchens and baths the room gets drawn in 3D before a cabinet is ordered, so you approve a layout instead of picturing one.
The company is deliberately small: the person who walks your job and prices it is on site while it is being built, which is the reason the estimate, the schedule and the finished work tend to line up.
We are registered as a Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts and as a Residential and Commercial Contractor in Rhode Island, and we are certified by Nudura to install insulated concrete forms. Using professional kitchen design software we produce detailed layouts and realistic 3D designs of your kitchen or bathroom, so you can look at the finished room, move a cabinet, change a door colour or swap a counter, and make confident decisions before you spend money building it.
It is the cheapest stage of any project to change your mind in. Moving a cabinet on screen costs nothing. Moving it after the counter is templated costs the counter.

In Massachusetts a homeowner who takes out their own building permit gives up access to the state Guaranty Fund. We pull permits in our name, so that protection stays with you.
